This month, we caught up with the Cleland’s, our business partners in the US.
Despite the challenging US market at present, the Cleland’s have developed a loyal clientele of Food Service customers who value our Coastal Story.
Angus connected us with JD from The Fancy Savage Cuisine – a customer of Terra Pacific.
JD uses Coastal Lamb for various events throughout the year. JD’s mission at The Fancy Savage Cuisine is to bring people together and feed them well, and this is done through their Fancy Savage philosophy.

The focus is on making guests feel as though they are in their own backyard, eating a BBQ meal, as they would at a Michelin-star dinner, enjoying the finest food and wine pairings that the Napa Valley has to offer.
