This month, we caught up with Coastal Chef Jacob Aomarere from The Strong Room, Feilding. Jacob is a 2023 Beef + Lamb Young Ambassador Chef.
What Jacob enjoys most about being a chef is knowing he is giving all diners at The Strong Room a good experience – and taking them away from the stress of life whilst ensuring a good meal.
Jacob loves using Coastal Lamb due to what he describes as its nice gentle, sweet and salty taste. Jacob loves the perfect fat to meat ratio and the consistency in quality from the products.
