Earlier this month, Dad headed over to Brisbane, where he met Lachie Hart from Stockyard Beef.

It was great to touch base with Lachie and learn about the extensive beef operation they run. Like we do, Stockyard beef supply Classic Fine Foods and supply many of the same markets we do at Coastal Lamb.
Stockyard specialises in the production of grain fed beef, particularly in the high-quality Angus and Wagyu categories, and has gained international recognition for its eating quality consistency and food safety. This has been achieved through strong integration through the beef supply chain.
