On Thursday night, the final of the Beef + Lamb Ambassador Series came to the Manawatu and was hosted by our friends at Amayjen – in Palmerston North.
Behind the scenes, making it all happen, was Beef + Lamb Ambassador Chef Andrew May Amayjen, Platinum Ambassador Mat McLean from Palate in Hamilton & Young Ambassador Nic Kearney – from Onslow in Auckland.
The night was centred around an incredible 5 course degustation using New Zealand’s finest beef and lamb. As always, we were so proud to feature on the menu.

Mat McLean was the winner of the New Zealand section of the Coastal Challenge in 2019.
This wrapped up the Beef + Lamb Ambassador Series for the year – and brings current ambassadors to the end of their two-year term.
