We were delighted to host Molly Sage – the Sustainability Officer at Stockyard Beef, Australia, at Tunnel Hill last week.
Stockyard Beef are a fellow supplier to Classic Fine Foods.
Molly was the winner of Australian Lot Feeders’ Association Young Lot Feeder of the Year Award – which embodies passion leadership, development, and initiative. As a part of this, Molly received funding to study sustainability abroad. Molly had Initially planned to visit Israel, which was not possible due to the current conflict – and instead visited us in New Zealand.

Molly spent a night at Tunnel Hill, sharing her passion and youthful insight into sustainability, and seeing what we are doing here in New Zealand. Molly’s visit to Tunnel Hill was followed by a visit to Nadia Lim’s farm in the South Island and Fonterra.
We love meeting people sharing the same passion for what we do, with the same sustainable goals in mind.
