This month we heard from Bill Carrig @ Design Denmark, who enjoyed Coastal Lamb Rumps at the 15th anniversary celebration for Denmark Design.

Cut some scores in the fat. Marinate with garlic, Dejon mustard, Good Oil, soy sauce with cut fresh rosemary. Marinate overnight. Bring to room temperature. Sale and cook in Webber for 5-6 minutes each side. Let rumps stand for 5 minutes and then cut with a folk.
