SOUS-VIDE COASTAL LAMB SHANKS

 

We are excited to see Harmony’s latest innovations come to life – with the Coastal Lamb shanks in red wine jus and Lamb & Mint Butterflied Leg.

 

The lamb shanks have been sous-vide for 14 hours for perfect tenderness. With each pack serving 2 people and requiring only 5 minutes of cooking time – these make for the perfect winter meal.

We expect to see these on the shelves in 4 weeks’ time. They will be the fourth edition to Harmony’s Coastal Lamb range – joining our Butterflied Lamb Leg with Herbs, our Coastal Lamb Mince and the new Butterflied Lamb Leg with Mint.
