This month we enjoyed catching up with Lucy O’Neill from Annbank to hear about her experience at the Agrikids Grand Final in Timaru.
The Coastal Lamb brand was proud to sponsor Lucy and her team from South Makiriri.
The girls spent time prior to the trip researching and honing their skills in practical sessions with City Honda, Transag, Ravensdown and H&T Agronomics. The competition itself presented a range of challenges including tractor driving, grading potatoes, identifying pig breeds, quad bike safety and load distribution and farm safe practices.
We are so proud of the girls for their huge accomplishment in making the finals!
