John Dieltham – a jack of all trades – operates the Morro Bay Butcher & Deli shop, is the Ranch Manager at San Bernardo Creek Ranch and operates a premium meat sales trading division for Central Coast Chefs, Restaurants, Butchers, and Caterers.

The Moro Bay Butcher & Deli shop offers the neighbourhood quality meats, delicious sandwiches, artisan cheeses and specialty foods on California’s central coast. John particularly likes that Coastal Lamb is tender and succulent as opposed to larger domestic or Australian type products.
